Will I receive the same bottle shown in the photos?
Yes. Every Raylam fragrance is photographed as the exact black octagonal bottle you'll receive — same 55ml Extrait de Parfum, same gold cap, same label. Scene backgrounds are styled for presentation, but the bottle is always the real product.
How long does the scent actually last?
Every Raylam is an Extrait de Parfum — 25–35% fragrance oil, the highest concentration made. Expect 8–12 hours on skin, and longer on fabric.Seven to Nine sprays are usually enough.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery anywhere in Pakistan, and bank transfer — to our bank account. We don't take cards or PayPal.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Free on orders over Rs 7,500. Below that, delivery is charged by region and shown at checkout. Orders arrive in 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
What if I don't like it?
You have 7 days to return anything unused and sealed. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace or refund it in full.
