Who We Are

Our Products

Raylam creates two kinds of fragrance:

• Impressions — our own interpretations, inspired by well-known fragrances
• Originals — blends created entirely by us

Important — About "Inspired By" References

Where we describe a fragrance as "inspired by" a named perfume, that reference is descriptive only. It tells you the scent family and character you can expect.

Raylam Perfumes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any of the brands named. We do not claim our fragrances are the original products, and we do not use any other brand's trademarks on our bottles, packaging, or labelling. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Every Raylam fragrance is our own product, sold under our own name.

Product Descriptions and Images

We describe our fragrances as accurately as we can. Scene backgrounds in some product images are styled for presentation, but the bottle shown is always the actual bottle you receive — same glass, same cap, same label.

Fragrance is personal. How a scent develops depends on your skin, the weather, and how you wear it, so your experience may differ from our description. This is the nature of perfume, not a fault.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We'll tell you if that happens.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• the item is out of stock
• we cannot verify your address or contact details
• there has been a pricing or description error
• we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse of our COD service

If we cancel a confirmed order, you'll be refunded in full.

Payment

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery
• Bank Transfer

We do not accept credit or debit cards, PayPal, or international payment methods.

Delivery, Returns, and Privacy

These are governed by our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy Policy pages, which form part of these terms.

Use of This Website

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Raylam Perfumes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Allergies and Safe Use

Our fragrances are for external use on skin and clothing only. Do not spray near eyes or on broken skin. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from direct heat and flame.

If you have sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies, test a small amount first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a specific medical concern, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

Liability

We stand behind our products, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Pakistani consumer law. Beyond that, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and the terms in force when you ordered are the ones that apply to that order.
