We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances can only be returned if they are:

• unused and unopened
• with the original seal intact
• in their original packaging, undamaged

We are not able to accept fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, or used. This is standard practice across the fragrance industry and is not a reflection on you — once a bottle is opened, it cannot be resold safely.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including any delivery charge. This applies whether or not the seal is intact.

3. We'll confirm the return and guide you through the next step

Please do not send anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

• If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
• If you have changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 7 working days.

• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa — whichever you prefer.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

Prefer a different scent? Tell us when you contact us and we'll arrange an exchange rather than a refund, subject to the same 7-day and unopened conditions.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once it's with the courier, please use the returns process above.
