Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan, and we keep it simple.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery on all orders over Rs 7,500.

Orders below Rs 7,500 are charged a flat delivery fee, shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of confirmation.

Delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, we confirm it by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may call to verify your address before dispatch — this protects both of us.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we share tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also message us any time on +92 332 690 2444 and we'll check it for you.

Cash on Delivery

Available nationwide. You pay the courier when your order arrives at your door. No advance payment required.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it is with the courier, and undeliverable COD orders may affect future COD eligibility.

Failed or Missed Delivery

Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we'll contact you to arrange a re-send.

International Delivery

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. For international enquiries, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what's possible.
